UPDATED: Those arrested on Thomaston St. identified
Several - perhaps as many as four - arrests were made on Thomaston Street in Barnesville Friday night.
Details are sketchy but initial reports indicate four people were arrested in the vicinity of the former Yantis home on Thomaston Street. There were indications of a break-in there. Reportedly, those arrested were in possession of methamphetamine and a firearm.
The home has been long abandoned and was recently foreclosed upon.
UPDATE: Lt. Al Moltrum of the BPD has identified three of the four arrested as Tommy Crews, Mark Crews and Janet Woods. Tommy Crews had the meth and a weapon Moltrum said. The fourth suspect's first name is Debra.
