The agency's bomb disposal unit was parked at the fire station near the intersection of Morgan Dairy Road and Old Hwy. 41.


Preliminary reports indicated DNR personnel located possible explosive devices behind a residence and called in Lamar deputies and the bomb disposal unit.

UPDATE: The residence is located in the 100 block of Lamar County Line Rd. At least two devices packed with nails and screws have been located along with a quantity of marijuana. Bomb disposal techs will likely detonate the devices at the scene.
