Between Saturday, Sept. 1, and Friday, Sept. 7, the Barnesville police department made 10 arrests:

Jimmy Moses, 33, 27900 SW 130th Ave., Homestead, Fla., disorderly conduct;
Willie Underwood, 49, 106 Westchester Dr., Barnesville, failure to maintain lane and DUI;
Deontez Turnipseed, 21, 122 Cherry St., Barnesville, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute;
Jerell Jenkins, 23, 2397 Wellborn Hills Ct., Lithonia, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;
Michael Booker, 28, P.O. Box 1253, Zebulon, simple battery;
Elizabeth Vivone, 19, 451 Ellistown Rd., Jackson, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;
Mabel Adjetey, 18, 3975 Broadleaf Rd., Ellenwood, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;
Simon Underwood, 21, 6601 Zebulon Rd., Macon, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;
Brian Morrissette, 25, 40 Frank Smith Rd., Pine Hill, Ala., failure to maintain lane, driving on the wrong side of the road, open container and DUI;
Parris McNeil, 25, P.O. Box 261, Pine Hill, Ala., resisting arrest.

Officers answered 73 calls for service including two fights, one animal complaint, one shoplifting, two burglaries, six domestics, 18 foot patrols, four suspicious persons/vehicles, three speeding, five accidents, 10 escorts and two alarms. They issued 21 citations including one possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, six speeding, two DUIs, one failure to maintain lane, two following too closely, four failure to stop or yield, two open container, one disorderly conduct and two resisting arrest.
