Crockett charged with three burglaries

A Barnesville man has been charged with criminal trespass and three counts of burglary after going on a robbery spree here.
Eddie Crockett is charged with burglarizing Reruns at Westgate Plaza on August 14, Chamber of Commerce office at 100 Commerce Place August 15 and Barnesville Rentals at 298 Lee Street also on the 15th.
Crockett was jailed after BPD officer Jonathan Sutton answered a burglar alarm at Badcock Furniture at 2 a.m. Friday morning. Sutton found Crockett hiding at the back door of the business and took him into custody without incident.
